Biography
Debra Bradberry is Counsel with Ford + Bergner and concentrates her practice on estate, trust, and guardianship litigation in addition to general business matters. Ms. Bradberry has substantial experience in a diverse array of litigation, including commercial disputes, labor and employment, product liability, premises liability, and professional liability. Through the years, Ms. Bradberry has appreciated working with clients ranging from Fortune 50 organizations to nonprofits and individuals to achieve favorable results in pre-litigation, discovery, alternative dispute resolution, trial, and appellate proceedings.
While in law school, Ms. Bradberry served as a judicial intern to Justice Adele Hedges at the First Court of Appeals of Texas. After law school, Ms. Bradberry served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Jeff Bohm, United States Bankruptcy Judge for the Southern District of Texas.
